VFFS Packaging Machine and Packaging System
The VFFS packaging machine comes with a forming shoulder for accurate material filling, both vertical and horizontal heat sealing, and cutting all engineered for automatic bag froming, filling and sealing. The VFFS machine operates using a PLC control system with servo drive for precise and reliable adjustments of the pouch length and temperature control. The user-friendly touchscreen simplifies operation and is able to store multiple sets of parameters for quick product changeover. Food-grade 304 stainless steel is used for the structure, reliably meeting food, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals hygiene requirements.
This vertical packaging machine is suiable for packaging granules, powders, liquids, and other solid products, and supports various bag styles including pillow bags, gusseted bags, and back-seal bags. Any specific requirements like nitrogen flushing to maintain product freshness can all be customized accordingly.
