The rotary premade pouch packaging machine designed for granular products incorporates a cam-operated structure combined with an intelligent control system, providing high-speed, consistent operation alongside a minimal failure rate. The pouch packaging machine supports a wide range of pouch types and sizes, including flat pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, and spout pouches, and is suitable for packaging various granular products such as nuts, coffee beans, grains, chocolate, and meatballs. The pouch packaging machine uses a fully automatic process comprising bag feeding, bag opening, weighing, filling, and sealing, with an 8-station rotary configuration. All parts that come into contact with food are typically made of 304 stainless steel (customizable to 316 stainless steel). When combined with a multihead weigher and conveyor system, it will be able to deliver precise weighing accuracy and fast pouch changeover for the overall system.
