The liquid filling machine is capable of packaging 35–70 pouches per minute, drastically improving production efficiency. The packaging system accommodates multiple pouch sizes and types, including flat pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, and spout pouches. The filling machine includes motorized or touchscreen-controlled intelligent gripper adjustment, enabling quick and simple adjustment of the eight grippers. All components that come into contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel, with optional customization to 316 stainless steel. The 8-station design enables a fully automated operation, including pouch feeding, bag opening, filling, and sealing. Additional optional modules can be added if required such as zipper pouch opening devices, air blowing, nitrogen flushing, air exhaust, pouch mouth dust removal, and hole punching systems.
